By accessing or using the Gibbo's Garage website (gibbosgarage.com) or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Gibbo's Garage, a mobile mechanic service operating in North Brisbane and surrounds, Queensland, Australia.

2. Services

Gibbo's Garage provides mobile mechanical services including but not limited to log book servicing, general servicing, brake replacement, battery replacement, pre-purchase inspections, and diagnostic work. Services are carried out at your nominated location within our service area.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a booking or service request at our discretion.

Prices listed on our website are indicative only. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, parts required, and actual labour time. An upfront quote will be provided before any work commences.

3. Call-Out Fees

A call-out fee applies to all bookings based on your distance from Bellmere, QLD:

Labour is charged at $90 per hour. Call-out fees are payable regardless of whether a repair is carried out, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

Booking requests submitted via our website are not confirmed until you receive a direct confirmation from us by phone or email. We will contact you to confirm your appointment details.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible on 0402 034 422 or [email protected].

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover travel and scheduling costs. We will advise you of any applicable fee at the time of cancellation.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

6. Warranty on Work

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience an issue directly related to a service we performed, contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we will assess the matter promptly. Warranty on parts is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Warranty does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damage caused after the service was completed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Gibbo's Garage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

8. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of its availability or accessibility.
